Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the package and product.
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
Please note that shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
